I print color charts, CYMK, RGB and Pantone and use as a guide. This will be the colors your printer will print with that profile and material from your software. It gets you closer quicker.

That is the cutting silicone strip and it is changeable. Roland should still have them. The cut vinyl pressure (slider on the right side) should be set so the blade cuts the vinyl and barely dents the backing paper.
I did it with painted signs ( tint or shade of the color I painted on) and small label that are on removable material on other signs. I have never had a complaint. On cars and boats I have been ask to sign the work.
