Your profile shows you are printing with a Roland Colorcamm PC-600. Are you using the Color rip from Roland or are you printing directly from Corel? The Roland user forum has a lot of information about the use or this printer. I had one years ago but can't recall the detail steps.

I use a CE3000Mk2 and have had very little trouble lining up the registration marks. I use Graphtec 4 reg marks, type 1 crop marks all 4 corners. I square the front edge of the material then line it up to the front of the cutter to assure it is square to the cutter. Allow 3 to 4 inches on the...

Ditto! I still use X3 the most. I have both on my computers and will do a smooth transition as I have in the past.

Square 721 Blk italic You may have to skew it and adjust the compression.

You might have a leak in the K ink supply line. They wear out.

I adjust mine from the screw and wedge that hold the print head in the carrier. Takes some time but it works.
