Print/laminate and apply to the magnet material and HAND CUT the mag to size. You might be able to cut just through the vinyl print and the vinyl on the mag and then separate but seems to be a waste of time.

I started with CorelDRAW version1, on X3 and still am learning...it works for me.
Check out H&H Supply or Ciber Supply for a cutting program. H&H sells Signlab Vinyl (not a bridge but the entire program with all the features) for one computer for $500. Ciber Supply sell Cibercut a full feature program that acts a lot like Corel. Both worth the money.
I've used Shinerite clear with my PC600 for protection and it has lasted as long as the prints. I use it with ecosolvent prints also. It is clearer than 210 and for some applications as good or better. As gabagoo said it is a 5 to 6 year rated material. Just use intermediate with like print...
I would buy a new maintenance station from CMYK or through Gregory and have it shipped from Mutoh. I just priced both and the Mutoh was $425.00. I would replace the dampers while it is being fixed. Victor at CMYK is very helpful and knows these printers inside and out.
