3/8" or 1/" prefinished MDO would be good. Around here they went to banners so they can roll them up and they are cheaper.

I use RGB when I print bitmaps. CMYK for vectors. This works well for the color quality.

They are good for parts and Victor will give you phone support if needed. Gregory will get parts for you as any other Mutoh will. Do you have a maintenance manual? I would get a maintenance station for an easier install of the pump, cap station and wiper assembly.

As jhilldesigns said, clip the raster image and place it over other stuff...he will have to draw the outline and powerclip. I do this all the time in X3.

For $500 you can get SignLab vinyl from H&H sign Supply for a bit less you can get Cibercut from cibersupply.com. both are merchant members here.

Try converting the gray scale vector to a RGB 150 dpi bitmap. Or convert to a gray scale and print K only. Has always worked for me.

You can use a mist coat of spray adhesive for "table tack" with coroplast.

Then clean ink lines and install OEM inks.
