"the new prismjet (valuejet) would be my next printer if i were buying today. if it can get full bleed in unidirectional like bob said."
SW has a great price and 48" or 51" material is not difficult to get. Many suppliers will slit a 54" or 60" roll.
I use One Shot low temp or high temp reducer.Smith's cream will give the paint a nice smooth feel and will smooth the brush strokes. I also use fisheye additive if needed. For a killer gloss and to toughen up the finish add a few drops of Frog Juice.

With a CE series you will be able to contour cut 22" max. This could be 95% of what you print. If you need a larger cutter I would get a CE series 48". many suppliers will cut a 54" roll to 24" and 30". You can print on 24" cut vinyl also.
