    I use x3 but this will work in 10 also. Make a shape (circle, square ect.) a bit larger than your vector. Create the gradient in that shape and convert it to a bitmap. I use RGB 150 full print size. Then power clip it into your vector and you will have a smooth printing gradient. Works for me...

    Sojar material is as good as ColorPrint Solvent 2160. Contour cut what you don't want for a better feel. It is also very stretchy.

    "stripped gear under the maintenance station" Sounds like you need a new maintenance station.Those gears are not replaceable. They are not solvent resistant.

    I use a Gloss Vinyl Profile. Vaccum high, print in high quality ( 720x720) uni-directional so the ink can be absorbed. Set the heaters to 35 deg C (95 deg F) Dryer OFF. Use a low ink limit. I use 65/130 for my ink limits with my RIP.

    Vinyl like GT Intermediate from H&H sign Supply would be good. It is 3 mil thick and permanent adhesive. It would take a beating. If you wanted more durability you could use clear over. I am guessing you cut vinyl. Spray clear coat would be a waste of time. P.S. welcome to the group.

    As said, wipe the material and turn the heaters down to 45 and 45. Lower your ink limits I print with the limits set at 65 and 130 in my RIP. 720x720 bi-directional is generally a be a good resolution.

    It's made by General Formulation. It is the same as Concept print series Feller's sells. The 203 is equivalent of 3651, the 202 is the equivalent of 3621.

    GT Economy Fluorescent from H&H at $42.00 24"x10yd is cheap. A roll should do 2 to 3 sets of numbers.
