Is it possible to get pictures. So Your print looks like this?
If so that is a really strange bow. And if the print still looks fine I think you have some major tracking issues. And or you have some big piece of sheeting on the left side of the rollers causing it to run sideways.
Yea I don't quite understand either. If you have a 54+" printer why did you use a 24" roll of banner and hem the middle. Why didn't you just buy a bigger roll of banner and save yourself all the work of hemming the center of a small banner. And which way does the bowing go. Usually the bow...
I don' understand I thought it was helpful. If you want to learn something then do it. Just based on your questions you don't know enough about it. It's not just a press and a printer. It's the material! the process of multi colors on light or dark garments! Are you just going to do big...
Get a job in the business and figure it out. If you don't want a job. Find somebody that does it and tell them you will work for free just to learn the job.
Is your shop a consultant? I try to never get involved with telling customers what they need. Especially when it comes to meeting certain requirements. IF it's a safety issue of course if I saw something I would say something. I point them to someone or somewhere that might have their...
You know the saying a picture is worth 1000 words? Could be a lot of things. There might be a small fiber on the bottom of carriage that is disrupting the spray. It could just be a printhead alignment
Just a hunch no sure what's going on. Isn't the optimizer supposed to rapidly immobilize pigment and ink so it doesn't blend and pool like this. Maybe your optimizer is not set high enough for the media you are printing on. Whats the media, where did you get the profile, have you change...
Why did you take on a job you didn't know how to do? How did you quote labor on something you don't know how long it takes to do?
Not pressing down to hard with a knife = scoring.
Enjoy the race to the bottom!!!!!!
I'm not the computer guy to tell you how to do it. But I do know you can have all the components there an theoretically be able to handle stuff but if it's not set up to handle everything correctly you could still have problems.
While ours is not cloud based it is cloud connected and we never have these issues. I think a lot of times something people forget about is computing power. If the computer is using all it's power to copy or paste (double) something then it can't stay connected if it lags. Probably a virtual...
It needs a cutting strip. The right side is used more often then the left while cutting. So if your set at 20 pressure the right side dips into the gouge and doesn't cut and as it gets further to the left the gouge gets smaller and smaller and the blade starts to dip less and less until it is...
