And nobody has even begun to mention the clearance on the sign. At 4ft. your gonna have big problems with people trying to walk under it and hitting their head try raising it another 3 ft. But then you have even more problems. Tell him the reason you don't see signs like this and everything...
I don't understand why there is a need for a label on a lunchbox? If you see the lunchbox don't you already know it's a lunchbox before you see a label that says it. I think if you can read the word lunchbox you would already understand that's a lunchbox.
GRIMCO, GRIMCO, GRIMCO, there are a couple shops around the new York area. Would just depend exactly how close they are to you. I have ran two latex machines at different shops both from Grimco and both with great customer service. Always have my machines taken care of in a quick and...
Isn't the chasis already grounded? I believe the ground it so if something shorts through a meta panel then it doesn't fry something else it grounds out. I believe the HPs are grounded already.
I was going to say why is everyone so worried about the vinyl life. If your doing a single color change wrap on a car I could see a reason to ask because it's a spot cast color. 10 year vinyl should last 10 years. But a 10 year vinyl printed with latex is only going to be 5 year laminated...
Usually it must be the bare metal of the chasis that has to be touched. Probably doesn't work since the rollers all have coatings on them. They screws that you attach to touch the inside of the metal panels on the bare aluminum.
Do you need texture or just look. You could print wood onto any vinyl.
Or there is this.

Lower passes is not usually better, actually hardly any of the time. Stop trying to make the cheapest item possible and charge accordingly for the quality product you make. I mean charge for the time, and added lamp time, and ink that comes with extra passes and make that your standard. Or...
400ml ink carts. Not going to last very long at all. Especially if you use daily. Basicallly same speed as the 310. But it will only hold rolls 55lb or less the 360 will do 92lbs. Cool machine not for us.
For me tradeshow people don't care so much about what you can do professionally. They are on a free day off and they want to get free stuff. Tomorrow they go back to work as normal. Get something in their hands that has you logo on it. Something they could put on their desk and see all the...
Out of the Solvent based inks your with the best. But these are still solvent printers. They release VOC's Volatile Organic Compounds into the air which can be know to cause cancer. Every Solvent printer should be vented if you can stand the smell or not. There are many studies that show...
You just have to remove panels. I can send you a tech manual. That HP uses to fix that machine. It will tell you how to remove and put together everything on the machine.
Are you printing one. Waiting and then printing another all from the rip. Or do you send the file to the rip and then create all the copies in one file and RIP.
