Just a real easy type of T bar. You can buy them in 10ft. and cut to length or but them precut. Then a simple set screw to hold all in place. If you don't think the set screw will hold drill the material and put a small bolt through the ACM and the T channel.

There is always the option to make it yourself also. A roll of paper and a roll of mounting adhesive. Laminate together and cut. But I think all they want is cheap! And house brand white vinyl is probably the cheapest material you can put through your machine.

I think a cheap roll of white vinyl will be cheaper.

What about if you rasterize the image. Maybe it is having too much trouble with the vector text at size. Never had this issue though and don't do a ton of double sided.

In the price range L360. I would go Epson if you wanted giclee quality prints. Not sure you could get that size and price at EPSON though.
