Sounds like a clog in the lines somewhere. You are supposed to replace the lines at a certain point. Especially if the machine sat for some length of time. It sounds like there is a small clog somewhere in the line. If the machine sits or while in warm up it can get some ink past the clog...
Not sure why you bought a printer without knowing how you print to it. There is no such thing as a good cheap rip. You get what you pay for. Your best bet would be to try ebay or craigslist for an older version of a rip.
We use a Propane forced air heater. It shoots heat like a cannon out of the end. Stick it at the roll ups to the room and it heats up real quick. It's like this one...
Go watch this. It will give you all the info you need. Your going to need to scrub sand the surface and wipe with alcohol to get it to stick the best. Removal all depends on the adhesive of the vinyl. We don't use avery so I wouldn't know.
Just had to take a look myself. Those are some pretty big differences. I find it hard to believe there are that many people actually using right now. Maybe something with the way the server counts active people.
I acquired a older 4 color 4 station press from a friend. All of the boards are very badly warped. I was thinking about making my own but don't know if it is worth it with installing the laminate top. I was wondering what everyone else does.
Do you just buy new boards as you need them or...
