Sounds like a clog in the lines somewhere. You are supposed to replace the lines at a certain point. Especially if the machine sat for some length of time. It sounds like there is a small clog somewhere in the line. If the machine sits or while in warm up it can get some ink past the clog...

So don't put the white on. If you want to stick on the inside but view from the outside. Just reverse the print and put it on optically clear vinyl.

Not sure why you bought a printer without knowing how you print to it. There is no such thing as a good cheap rip. You get what you pay for. Your best bet would be to try ebay or craigslist for an older version of a rip.

The heat rises factor is the reason we use a cannon on the ground. shoots the heat across the room and then in rises up.

Look for a vinyl with micro-suction technology. You could slap it up take it down and stick it somewhere else no problem.

I think some of the foamboard we have used has been just about as lite as the coro. Never took a scale out but it feels pretty close.

I acquired a older 4 color 4 station press from a friend. All of the boards are very badly warped. I was thinking about making my own but don't know if it is worth it with installing the laminate top. I was wondering what everyone else does. Do you just buy new boards as you need them or...
