I used to have a Mutoh 48" and had the same problem. It was only noticable on large prints of 8 ft or more.I think you will have to compensate by making your print size slightly larger.

Let me know what you think of the Daige 4. It took me awile to tame my Daige 3 and all of it's quirks --- I like it now though. Daige 4 looks like a better unit.
You can open open layered files in Corel Photopaint, but not Corel Draw, right? I forgot about PhotoPaint being a part of the X13 Suite, but it sure is.
The advantage with working within PhotoShop would be the ability to manipulte each layer (or delete layers) of the image to get different effects. I believe that within Corel you will be working with a flat image, which will not be as easy to manipulate.
