may be they change their formula, the last set of inks I got started to clog my captops too so I flush the lines and install OEM no problems any more. We ran 20/20 for about 8 months since I don't use the roland as much as the epson, like you said the inks are drying and creating problems
i don't know of any trade on non trade printer that can have your order out the door the very next day much less delivered to your door in 2 days, so signs365 is one of the fastest printers out there
why take a chance if you have doubts about the quality of the product, why use it to begin with, not only are you going to waste your time and maybe application tape, send it back to the vendor and request a new roll.
i tried doing that a couple of times where I will tape the two colors or layers and it left bubbles right where the two colors met so I went back to doing it layer by layer in my case it did not make my job easier after having to pop all those bubbles
