If your looking for profiles for Rasterlink good luck. Your best bet would be your supplier or the vendor who sold you the printer.

GG you need you scan your computer for spy ware and virus's now.

Epson is pretty much fire and forget, almost no issues.
Most likely the material your customer brought in is very poor quality or is not Solvent Printable.
It's possibly a linked PDF that is linked to your original PDF.
If you drag and drop in Illy for instance it doesn't put the file "inside", it just links it. You can click on it and hit embed to actually put the file inside the other.
Can't really say much about the Seiko's but we have 2 gs6000 and 1 jv33. The jv33 is a work horse and I had pegged the gs6000 to kill the jv33 and it would have if it weren't for the little things and also the ink.
I'm sort of kicking myself now on the GS6000's. They are good machines yes...
Could be the capping station. We had an issue where our capping station was getting old after about 1.5 years and not enough suction to pull the white in through which is on the right side as I recall.

You can make the GS6000 print in 6 color mode via the Rip. It took us a while to figure out how to properly profile for 8 color so until we figured that out we profiled for 4 and 6 color on the GS6000.
The down side to this is your still wasting ink. Your Green and Orange is still being used...
It's an awesome Machine. Best Mid level FB on the market right now. Prints great but we are having a few issues with part failures after install.
HP is taking care of it, but with all of the part failures it really has me worried. They are saying its because of shipping issues from overseas...
Most of these come from finding the true company name and using Google to find a reference to revenue. Many of the sources are from a Job site called Indeed.
