    I would use only 3M IJ8624 Graphic film for textured surfaces with the 8524 lam. To use this film you need either heated sponge rollers or a sponge roller that can handle heat.....a lot of heat!     The media is probably skewed. The evidence of this would be dark bands on one side and light bands on the other. Unload then reload the roll, feed out a significant amount by hand then rewind by hand. If the amount of banding changes that was your issue.
