  1. Heat Welding Banners

We purchased a Leister Heat welder for when we do banners a few weeks ago. We got tired of sitting in traffic droping off and picking up from fellers. Works great and pretty easy to use. The only issue we seem to be having are winkles in the banner after complete. Looking at Sewed banners I...
  2. g.ho.st vc

Pretty cool. I added you as well Showelhead. Looks like it was created by an Israel company. The servers are rented form Amazon. This is some extremely advanced Flash! The webbrowser is based on Firefox (somehow). It doesn't support cookies though so expect many sites not to work correctly...

  9. Nonstop viruses, can't get rid of them?

Something that I've done in the past is to remove the drive and put it in an external 3.5" usb case, then scan the drive from another machine. This way the virus can't protect itself from AV scanners and does not have a chance to execute.
  10. Bubbles???

No problems laminating. The rips are small. And we never had issues on the AQ media, just the new solvent material. We are getting a new Seal 63 Base, to hopefully solve this issue plus the laminator has become a bottle neck because we mount and laminate with it. What Squeegee do you use? Our...
  11. Bubbles???

Some of the magnetics are quite large. 24" x 60"(+) so mounting by hand isn't real efficient. Maybe unless we use that Big Squeegee? We've seen it but can't believe that it's better, faster than mounting with a laminator? We Usually Mount after about 1-2 hours after print. Sometimes 24 hours...
  12. Nonstop viruses, can't get rid of them?

What did you install? What did you install? Make sure that you only have 1 AV installed on the machine at a time. Make sure you run a full scan. Install KasperSky and change it to High Security Level and do a full scan. If KasperSky can't kill it, then your hosed and will have to reinstall...
  13. Bubbles???

Ok we recently moved from a HP5500 to a Mamaki jv33-160. Big upgrade and love the Mamaki but are having issues with bubbles when mounting. We've tried Grimco Brightline, Avery and 3M and all of the 3.4 mil callandered vinyls seem to have issues with bubbles when mounting to a substrate. We...
  14. Nonstop viruses, can't get rid of them?

Sounds like you have a Nasty backdoor dropping in other viruses. I just recently had a pretty nasty infection that my Panda Anti Virus apparently couldn't handle. (I hate McAfee and Symantec) After doing much research i found that KasperSpy AV to be the top rated and best. It's a bit more...
