I'm not hanging it. The customer is, but is asking how to hang it without holes. And as I said in my post, he's not married to it But I definitely like the Gatorfoam idea

It will be 3/16 single sided. Customer is looking for no holes in the sign, but will take it if it has to be. I'm thinking some type of carving foam. Paint it and letter it with vinyl. I think it would be lighter and I can mount something to the backside but I'm not sure if it would be too...

Thermoflex Plus cut from a plotter and put on with a heat press. It's the simplest way and lasts

4over can do them for you. You can't refer the customer there. they only work wholesale with sign shop type companies.

Masking is always a debate here but, if the customer is installing, and it's just one piece (oval, bumper sticker style), why not give it to them unmasked and have them put it on wet. They can spray the backside, slide it around until their happy how it looks and then squeegee the water out.

Still Confused.... I have 2 - 15" panels from 2 different sides of the truck. Do I print the 2 different sides first and then somehow nest the 2 files later for the 15" panels Or, do I send both sides of the truck in one file, and the nest those 2 15" panels later If I try to nest 2 separate...

First time sending a tile job to my new HP 360. I always used versaworks and Versacam. Seemed simple. I'm printing a wrap for 2 sides of a truck. In production manager, I can tile the image to 5 panels. The last one is just 15" wide. I have 2 sides to do, so that will leave me with 2 - 15"...

Ok, may be a stupid question but, My new 360 says the cyan ink is running low and I believe it. Question is... will it stop when it's fully out and tell me to change it or will it just run out and I won't know it until the color is gone. I guess I'm used to my Roland
