So I have a customers files that I can't open... 180mb .pdf. Every time I try to open the files I get "Out of Memory" message. I had the same problem with another file from the same customer, but was able to open it on my mac from home. I wondering if it would open differently with a newer...

C 100 M 100 Y 100 K 100 should give you the darkest black... but may be too much ink lol. I have good results with C 75 M 68 Y 67 K 90...

We're nowhere near you, but we could print it and ship to you if you can't find anyone else to help...

We've done this before using 3M IJ-180C3 and also Oracal 3165RA. We also applied 3M Primer 94 before install... This helps a ton.

+1 to replace rollers... Does this happen all the way across the media? We get some roller marks in our prints from time to time, but they are less noticeable to the far left of the machine b/c most printing happens from mid to right of the machine. Is your print quality any better when printing...

Why not digital print on reflective laminated and applied to the aluminum? We dont do many signs like this, and I'm just wondering why everyone would do cut vinyl on top of reflective...
