Clean the rubbers of the drive roller(best done with "run drive roller" in service mode and removed ink collectors), reduce rewinder tension and vacuum.
You need to add the optiscout marks before you import the design in Versaworks. Should be done in the design ptogram. Then in Optiscout, you can search for the marks.(or put it into an appropriate layer from the beginning)

Laser and flame polishing leaves tension in some material. Be sure you can live with that. Make the test by cleaning the lasered edges with alcohol for example.
I have seen cyan problems before on the 630. Make sure you have the latest firmware. (The automatic head alignment got massive improvement.) I have installed the printer around the same time yours has been installed.
