I was getting setup to cut some sheets this afternoon and noticed it's dropping some of my cutlines in one row but another row below it is fine. It's all the same file repeated so I'm not sure why this is happening.

I can't laminate to a roll currently. I was thinking about upgrading my laminator since that is my oldest piece, but can't see the benefit if I don't upgrade my cutter. Also right now I've got space limitations so having two cutters isn't an option.

Don't really want to laminate 6mil vinyl for labels cause that will increase their cost. Higher heat possibly? I've bumped the heat up a bit but still seemed to mark pretty easily.

On thicker vinyl, 6mil, after it's printed and had a chance to off gas, I notice that it easily marks and with some pressure it will scratch, but it marks very easily. I don't seem to have this happen on thinner vinyl, 3mil. What can I do to prevent this?

Yeah that's how I treat Saturdays, I don't talk to clients on the weekend if I can help it. I've got a "special case" customer that gets stuff done when he sends it but I've worked that out with him and my needs for time and he always tips me extra for delivery.

Yeah same boat here for these inks. Black was the one that was out recently but now I'm seeing the other colors are out now on backorder. I'm wondering if this is due to a chip shortage like in other industries.
