Don't think 2-4c temp changes would do any expansion on PCB. It is either the crystals or the network chip itself. I wouldn't listen to every comment you read here. Some members fix boards for a living so you wont get the right answers all the time. If you can pay 200-400$ to get it fix than it...
Would this be a leaking heat plate? Channels bleading into eachother, started happending after relocating machine to new location. Normal clean fixes it but happen again when sits overnight
I hacked Roland login, told them i identify as a Roland Certified Tech.

Peck4.exe, peck5.exe, peck 4 its all the same
Hey Jack, thanks for letting us know, that's great info. Yeah the disconnect is a common issue and my other board is like that. Would have been great to know what the rebuild consisted of. haha
Why isn't it peck available anywhere for download. Could someone please shoot me a link. Also looking for older version of VP firmware and or if you know how to re-install a corrupted firmware which is on the latest version. Roland Updater just says you are on the latest version, go away.

All roads are leading me to main chip via VCC3 haha
So I noticed when converting my VSi printer from dual CMKY to 7 colour. There were only options for Max and Max 2 inks. But on my VP printer which is much older there is only Max and Max 3 options. Whats the deal yo? Can the DX4's run max 2 and Max 3? I only run after market inks and they only...
I think I found a problem on this rail (VCC3?). Bad board shows a value, with or without the working ic49 that I removed and several capacitors on VCC3, good board is OL. Yet to find the component responsible
