out gassing will take place even on a roll.
it does it even after being laminated. this is what causes a lot of your bubbles
since the gas doesnt have anywhere to escape to
.
i have always just manually hit the cross cut button. but i know in cutting master there is a command for it, so its possible to send the command to the machine, i dont think onyx has an option for that
what is this high tech witch craft you speak of.
yes my graphtec has a laser but its way faster and easier to use a push pin. you poke it through a set of crop marks and into a straight line grove on the machine.
works 98% of the time
my number one is respect. respect them as people and trained professionals.
i had a boss (for a very short time). that expected you to give 100% and be 200% dedicated to his business. he short changed you on pay. and would change his mind on what your expectations was more often than you change...
thats the sweet thing, you dont have to run it perfect.
run it as straight as you can. then put the black on it. after you cut that then lay the red, with the red you can cover up small imperfections of the black.
i would normally overlap the red and the black a little anyways.
the black is...
for me i would use knifeless tape and lay down the black. then use some red pinstripe vinyl and line the edges.... Carefully......

if you run mostly vinyl. the height should be...

yes sometimes a strategic panel placement is needed.
i use onyx which i can set each panel size to what i want it so they will drop right where i need a seam cut or natural break

a smooth transition from sides to back or front.
you can design in any scale you wish, just make sure you enlarge it in your print software to be 100% size
you will want an over lap on your panels. i use 1" overlaps. this is...
ok so far looks good.
you designed in illustrator and then made a pdf. thats good
what software are you printing from?
and when you design it. dont run right to your edges, leave a few inches of extra over hang. contours will suck up extra vinyl. and the template maybe off a few inches from...
the double beep would mean to me there is an error of some kind.
the error wont stay on the display and is gone quickly sometimes.
what software are you using for print cut
