It is not common for trade printers to accept. Psb. Most require jpeg pdf tiff. Too risky to accept other formats as they could change appearance etc when opening

yes i need to figure out a way to make the from side sticky. I'm thinking of applying to clear, adhesive side to adhesive side then cutting the clear with an offset to create a clear glue edge. will test it out

Create overlapping (if you need overlap) artboards in Illustrator place your .psb file into illustrator, will probably have to use large canvas option. Export artboards as pdf, you now have pdf files containing panels with the overlap you need. You might need to crop the .psb inside...

Is the print getting tiled to print? If so tile it yourself and send the multiple tiled files. for murals that large I work in .psb, and export individual panels/tiles in tiff or pdf

Pretty much same thing just different materials and most wallcoverings are used with wallpaper paste/adhesive instead of being self adhesive. To remove the overlap you can do a "double cut"
