I sell ready to install lettering, have a group of truck guys that buy them all the time, mostly just about 12"x24". They give me the measurements, I give them a proof. They get a cheap squeege and some instructions I copied somehere years ago.

Charging or not charging has nothing to do with it. But to do a single logo for someone on their vehicle or whatever has a very very low chance of getting noticed. I wouldn't post a photo though.

Like spectrum said you can use pieces of step take to line up the flutes and then i would back the seam with a piece of coro....or I'd talk them into a banner

That's about how we make them except we have the upright go to the ground and thru bolt to the 4"x4". I don't like to quote prices in public but $5-600 plus the sign would be fair

2 is supposed to be better for cold weather. It's all we use now, easier than stocking two versions. We don't use a ton of it anyhow, most installs are dry. Smell never bothered me and I don't think it would be any more objectionable than most glass cleaners. Some people are just whiners.
