Do you have correct temperature value on the screen? If it is correct (around 47 C degrees), communication between the printhead and the carriage board seems to be ok. Did you have a chance to check the log file?

For these machines custom profiles should be used (especially, if you want to have similar colours from both). For sure different profiles are needed for each printer, generic profiles may or may not work, but don't expect them to give coherent colours, they'll need tuning at least.

What color profile? Profiles created on that printer for 256 ink? If it's your main (or at least frequent) substrate, it's good to have profile for it.

These printers doesn't require greasing between yearly maintenance. Rails (for carriage and gantry) should be greased once per year. Also linear bearings behind the carriage (using grease gun). Gantry bearings doesn't require greasing at all.
