How do I print a nozzle test in service mode?

Of late I am seeing a lot of prints that look either fuzzy or with Reds than seem almost as if the ink is like when you get silicon issues when painting and it is sepearating. Is their some sort of calibration and setup I can do as the test prints are perfect and the head has no lint? Thanks SC

We have a vehicle in to wrap a digital print over. I have bought a roll of print and laminate and printed on our Roland RF-640. The issue is the stick is uncontrollable and you cannot reposition the print. It is as if the controltac property of this material has been missed out Has anyone else...

It is probably the carriage bearings wearing. I had a discussion about greasing/oiling the carriage bearings a while ago and the bearings are sealed for life. Greasing/oiling only creates a build up of dust and wear. SC

Does no one have a GR2?

This is a newish GR2 you can only knock the fan ON or OFF. Roland knows the issue but has no fix for it. SC

It is an Unnamed brand probably coming from China (But do a lot of them not originate there?). I have used JetBest for years in our other printer (Mutoh Valuejet 1604) with amazing results.
