I scanned through the tech pdf on your site, how many coats do you usually do (I know its says 2 recommended, but do you do more than 2 sometimes?) for carved or blasted areas with texture (wood grain) how are you applying? If you spray, what is the equipment set up? Seams like a long time...

Then if you are doing higher volume and need to scale, contact a local extruder and give them samples of what you need and price out running a batch that will last a quarter or half years time.

You can use any software you want to draw it, or just draw it directly in en route. I usually draw in flexi and save as dxf file then import into en route and assign toolpaths.

Michael Janda has some good free resources for stuff like this, all his stuff is geared toward design services but translates well for the most part. He is big on deciding if the client is going to be beneficial to work with before ever developing a relationship.
