go to swatch table, right right over it. click new table, then right click over that and import the table you want from the files. hope this is what you were asking.

Yes that's what I used. I shrunk it down to 25% and it takes up a ton more space now and time to download to transfer. I have to be doing something wrong?

Thanks... I went to arrange, re size, selected image and it says 100%. I typed in 25%, the proportional is check (apply scale to all) is not checked. I typed in 25% and clicked the green check mark. Did i do this right? Now when i am emailing the file to my printing guy, what should i tell...
