I am looking for some dx4 print heads for my JV3-160s which I am trying to get up and running. The machine has been left unused for a lot longer than the seller said and the heads are blocked solid (not even one nozzle out of the 6 channels fire!) also after loads of cleaning they will not work...

My sub tank valves stick on my VJ1604 but never when it is printing. It could maybe be a pump problem or more lightly a leak in the the pipework from the cartridge to the head or even more lightly a failed or leaking damper. SC

The single pipe just drops down the big pipe and was originally just taped in position so it stayed in place. As it is just the drain from the pump it is ok to just insert it as far as possible down the large tube. SC

OMG I got it wrong!!!! The machine is a JV3 160S not a JV3 160SP I understand this has only 3 printheads! Can this still run just CMYK rather than CMYKlclm? Does anyone have information and manuals on this one?!!! Sorry for the mess up, good job this was very cheap. SC

Remove the docking station completley and clean the wiper assembly. it gets jammed with solidified ink over time. Is it jumping when it ceates the CR2 error? SC
