    If your file has both raster and vector, eps is not the way to go. The file will be huge. PDF is damn near perfect. If it isn't something is going wrong with your pdf settings on output.AS stated too, rgb @ 150, any more is overkill. Also if all vector AND gradient fills, DO NOT USE EPS.

    Please don't use photoshop for the layout. Absolutely no reason the file should be over 1GB! 250MB max. That's not what photoshop is for. Use a vector program (illy, corel, flexi, signlab, etc)

    I've gotten many "sign specs" from companies where the math doesn't add up and no font specified. 0r calls for 4" LH Helvetica which becomes way too long to fit within "the specs" now what? "Can't you just squish it!"
