  1. Print on Latex 335 & cut on Roland XC 540

Easy task. Upgrade your SAI to Full Version and you can can easily control both units from SAI.
  2. New Latex 360 Issues

Since you’ve already did everything, and the sax calibration is not really necessary, I would go for the trailing data cable. The cable can cause several problems, but I never had the issue you described. I would not go for the sax motor, because this would trigger a rod lubrcation message.
  3. HP R1000 quality settings

seems that you have rotated the sheet on the output table. I guess the banding is horizontal, not vertical. Check the nozzle test print If the printheads are in good condition. If not, replace the defective printheads. If yes, check diagnostic drop detection / reset database and redo the same...
  4. Issue with Initial Media Load on HP Latex 315 - Endless Spooling and Extended Calibration Time

The original OMAS contains the sensor with platen and the cable with all ferrite necessary. Routing the cable is a lot of work. Good luck
  5. Colour Calibrations obsolete everyday since firmware update

Does it happen with a newly created substrate also?
  6. Issue with Initial Media Load on HP Latex 315 - Endless Spooling and Extended Calibration Time

Just unsrew the platen that holds the OMAS, unclip the brown clip holding the cable. Then connect the the new OMAS which comes with the platen preassembled and fit it into the print platen. Do not try to calibrate the OMAS, it won’t work and it is not necessary.
  7. Issue with Initial Media Load on HP Latex 315 - Endless Spooling and Extended Calibration Time

OMAS glas should look shiny blue, not greyed. I would replace it cause everything points to this tracking sensor. The drive roller encoder is not easy to access fully, because you need to remove iss and cartridge holder.
  8. HELP! COLOR SHIFTING PROBLEM WITH LATEX PRINTER......

Check out if your inks are expired. This will make pigments settling to bottom of your cartridge making the ink color completely random.
  9. HP Scitex FB550 Magenta Head wont fill

If ink drips through printhead while filling it could be a clogged meniscus filter.
  10. How to clean the Curing Unit on HP700w

Not the heaters, but the chamber inside and the perforated plate.
  11. R2000 Lines printing outside main job.

Check and clean contact of interconnect pca. Replace the printhead. Swap interconnect pca with a different color and verify if problem is moving with the pca.
  12. OCE ARIZONA 1260GT, options please!

I guess you have Problem with your Meniskusfilter in the carriage. Check and replace if necessary. Check also the 3-way-valve in the ink bay, which controls the recirculation. Could be that ink is filled instead of recircled. The adjuster valves are meant to control air flow when pressurizing...
  13. Briteline 3203 Jamming in HP700w curing.

Check and reduce input tension. Is there a lot of debris on the drive roller making the substrate slipping?
  14. HP L570 3L Ink

I would go and Disconnect all ink supplies regarding optimizer and open the ink pump, clean the membrane and flip it before reassembling.

    You’ve missed the log file…
  16. Need Help Fujifilm Acuity Advance Select problem when printing on roll

I would also go for the firewire cable which is transferring the data from the datarelay to the carriage pba. If you could provide the machine logs it can easily be checked.
  17. HP Latex 800W Error Code Troubleshooting Inquiry(I used Google Translate)

Check resistance of heater element in each curing module. You can also swap them and check if position-code varies. The second error code can be a result of the first code thrown.
  18. Z6600 Needed a belt and I made it worse

But the fact that you reassembled it means you bought just a naked chinese belt. And yes the tension is poor.
  19. Z6600 Needed a belt and I made it worse

Have you re-mounted the black plastic stopper on right hand? The original belt comes preassembled correctly. On the u-bracket you have to holes. The round shaped should be on the bottom pin. If the encoder is correctly mounted there should be a gap of about one millimeter to the bracket corner.
  20. Curing Issues ACM HP R2000

You’re right. Should use my goggles… Anyway, I would increase curing and reduce drying temperature.
