sounds like a waiver needs to made detailing the scope of the material and have them sign it that they understand the limitations and it won't be an exact match.
unless you know the material that was used on the RV, then you are battling an uphill battle as each material reacts differently and to get a match on the "shine" is very hard.
Just got off the phone with corporate and it seems that each location is independently owned and operated but doing so under the BCT name.

We were getting this done through BCT since 2010, and recently had a very custom project come up where we contacted with all of the details/specs and design layout. received the quote submitted the numbers to the end user, got approval and tried to move into production and BCT refused to start...
What all do you do? I'm seeing more than just signs / printing being done here
how do you operate the CNC without the computer next to it?
Do you have issues of the CNC dust getting on the media rolls?
I agree that I would hesitate to only use VHB, especially if these signs can be touched from people walking in teh parking lot
if they wanted a clean install, a modified french cleat or use a counter sunk bolt head.
as soon as we start hearing odd terms / specific terms (like this) and we don't instantly know what it is we ask for an image and start looking on google.
