how about buying a heat press and using the cutter to make custom apparel using material like thermoflex or siser? I have made wayyy more money on selling custom apparel than cut vinyl decals (back in my ebay days)

I use sign warehouse A LOT! They used to have awesome service (imo) before they switch over to a new cloud system in their office back in january (at least thats what i have been told why things dont go smoothly anymore) But its been months since the upgrade in their system so i dont know why...
i agree. build your own. there are obviously many ways to make one. I made mine with scrap 2x3 wood, a hinge, and a screw, held onto the table with 2 small c clamps. Cost me $0.00 Been using it since 2006 and hasnt broke.
I picked up a broken pc600 for free a couple years ago. Took me 10 min to fix as it was just a loose ribbon cable inside. Used it once and seen how much it sucks. Sold it for $1600 on ebay.
Yea you should definitely scale it. Also get some more RAM. I have 6gb on my pc and sometimes it uses all of it. also i found that when ripping you should have programs like photoshop closed as they take up ram, and ripping goes faster and doesn't get errors.
