Does anybod know if i can get rear heater sensors or if ill need to replace the entire rear heater strip may some one has part number aprox cost ect just got this printer its in great shape but someone had removed the rear cover and pulled the rear heater sensor wires out of the sensors also...

have a falcon outdoor 62 print great but have a error code on heater panel err: r.r.t sensor looking for info where to start the hunt or maybie a pdf manuel thanx gary

Wide open i never had a problem in my nozzel check it would not show up untill about 5 to 6 inches inside a print the cartage would starv ink from a single or multiple color but they would print they would be starved not as solid color as they should if you stop ans do a nozel check it...

got a call from sw this morning and they replaced the blue cartage or cyan sorry surly didnt exspect that my hat off to them ! i know it not all the problem but at least its a start!

amin but it makes better profits to push a new printer and tell you your problem is a out dated printer !!! i actually had a local fellers rep that told me mutoh know's of the problem and made changes to the cartages but they want us to use the old one up first!! because of the cost invloved

Randya thanx for your help that you have provided personally i dont think i have a issue with you personally however i think that you know that mutoh knows that there has been a pretty big problem with the cartages every supply house i know of knows of the problem! but never has any one...

i have had a whole host of issue with my falcon outdoor 62 just wondering about the roland brand i grew up from sign ware house with my first being a 38 falcon jr and it seems like i work on these printers as much as i print on them is this the case with roland printers as well i know there...

ya know for all the roland bashing i cant fond any post like these in the roland section!!!! think that says alot about roland and there suport they give there customers think thats where im heading im gona at least check them out think iv had enough of the mutoh crap!!
