found solution Just updating this in case anyone else has the problem contacted flexi support and they got it up by toggling alt space bar while clicking on the design center tab

thanks for the response but it's not working so the tabs and short cuts don't bring it up

Hi guys, I have flexi pro ver 11 and the design central pop up is not working have had this happen once or twice before but can't remember what the fix is anyone know?

Adrian, Have been communicating with Bodor on their lasers a little challenging with the time difference :banghead: wondering if you know how thick of wood your laser cuts. we are considering getting a small co2 laser to engrave and cut wood and a 500 watt fiber to cut stainless.

fiber laser we do have need to cut mild steel but only probably 14 gauge or so, aluminum 060 would be nice. we want to cut some wood not to thick. we probably could get by with a 300 watt. I haven't heard of Gweike will have to check them out. Its finding a fiber that cuts and engraves...

kern yeah I live only an hour from Kern and have bought a cnc machine from them back in the early 90's. I've talked with them but they led me to believe I need a machine that costs 150 grand. good quality but very expensive and have heard great things about the fiber lasers ability with speed...

got the mutoh grease ok got the mutoh grease cleaned the bearing raceways and applied thin layer of grease but it is not printing any different. here is a recent picture of solid red with the light and dark streaks. anyone have any other ideas?

ok cleaned the bearing raceways don't have any of the grease will have to get some. it did seem to improve may have to look at the bearings.

wondering if anyone has any ideas of what may be causing the x axis streaks. just starting doing this it seems to be light dark thing. These are much bigger than the usual y axis streaks from nozzel getting plugged.

looks like the production mgr in 10.5 is corrupt. works with 10. and have the cloud version so not sure what happened with the production mgr. in 10.5

it prints only 11" long and prints the file proportional to that length. wondering if its the encoder strip on the valu jet

am using flexi 10.5 and printing to a valu jet. am trying to print a file 46" x 7" it prints it at about 1.75" instead of 7". it prints shorter files fine but even just a long rectangle gets printed quite a bit smaller. have tried changing the material size etc... can't figure it out anyone...

yeah i had sent him an eps already thinking that would work he isn't very savy on the computer so we will see it is frustrating though the way it gets segmented

thanks for the input. maybe I need to address this to the flexi group but anyone have specific info on the two export options whether one or the other will keep the file unsegmented when imported as there are both lines and arcs in the drawing

so Brian, what does poly line and poly arc do to the file is poly line make it segmented?

lets hope so i guess i was thinking straight lines aren't arcs so not sure what saving as arcs was supposed to do lets hope it is that simple thanks a lot for the input

it has two settings convert to outlines or save as arcs not sure what it does if you don't select one of these
