value jet 1604 the printer is a value jet 1604 i tried a little charge. i also changed the ink cleaned the head im just not getting the ink to the head of the printer. and i dont no how to get the air out of the line.

i think i have air in my cyan line the ink is not going to the head. does anyone no how to fix this problem.:help

cobalt blue is the color im trying to get

i have it checked i dont think it is a setting the other colors work fine. the ink is just not getting through the mechine.

after its done cleaning put the lever up. this happens to me if i turn it off with the lever up it wont turn off, but when i put the lever down it shuts off. then once its off i just put the lever back up.

i had originaly posted this in flexi thinking that was the problem. i have a mutoh value jet ptinter and cant get it to print blue. it keeps printing purpel. i have printed blue before now i think it might be the printer. any help? there seems to be ink. :banghead:

even in flexi ill make a box make it the color i want and i still have this problem. Maybe a problem with the printer.

when i export it i export it as a jpeg bitmaps im trying to use cmyk.

i was trying to print somthing cobalt blue but, it keeps coming out purpel. i set the fiel up in corel, then export to flexisign and print it from there. is there anyony who can help thanks

in your cut plot window right above size there is 2 boxes. one box has a red x the other has a red squere. the one with the red squere will run out the vinyl. this will let you no if you have enough vinyl and if its staying stright.
