We call that "Wrisco" tubing with Tees and Corners.
Since covid, it's been inconsistently available. Most general sign supply distributors have it, especially if they deliver with their own trucks since it comes in 21ft lengths. However as Grimco buys up the smaller places, they tend to...
We have 1 customer who brings us 15" vinyl to cut a few times a month.
I told him $25 to start an order, + $2 per linear foot to cut (unless super detailed) +design time if needed.
I love how it's always the awful stories like that, that will stick in your head.
As far as OP's question, Gerber 220 for cut vinyl colors, 3M180c-10 w/ 8518 lam for multi-color stuff, and little to none issues to fix.
It case it helps you or future searchers, this places sells the common size sign face replacements of that V3 product. They'll sell with or without track I believe, and you can set up an account for wholesale pricing.

Signs365 used to offer to score and fold. It's been a while, but I got a few 4x8s folded down to approx 2x4.
It's possible they no longer do this, or that it's common knowledge for production staff and there is very little direct contact between customer service and production (due to covid...
Thanksgiving will probably be just our household (6). Usually have a family group of 20 or more.
In the way that (most of) our clients trust our judgment and recommendations (as professionals in the industry) I extend the same basic courtesy to health and medicine professionals.
We all know...

I probably should have been more clear upfront that this was the assumption, that is, to compare your own result with the official book. That's 1 of the reasons why I matched it all to their pages numbers, etc. otherwise it would have been simpler to put the colors in numerical order...
Just 1 at a time... Maybe there is some more automated way, but I couldn't imagine what. Though I'm only at best an intermediate skill with Illustrator.
An hour here, an hour there. A few hours during "work from home" that I do 1 day a week. Once I had the templates set up I asked one of our...
FYI - I haven't actually run this on our VG-540 yet since we're due to change to TR2 inks very soon (another reason I needed a new swatch book printed).
Although I have started running some on the old VP-540. I'll post a pic when done.
I made a set of files to print / perfcut the current Pantone Solid Color book on our Rolands (using my own design for the actual pages)
I wanted a COMPLETE set of Pantone Solid Coated swatches, as printed by our equipment,
on the media of our choice, etc. The only vector PDF’s I could find...
I expect it would.
Back around 2004/5 I printed a few window perf graphics on our Gerber Edge. I don't remember the exact type, but I think it may have been Gerber/3M branded. There does tend to be a slight white halo on each hole.
Here's the landscape: I have never used SignLab, or even seen it. I am familiar with Gerber Omega and Illustrator, and I use Roland/Versaworks to print.
My friend uses SignLab, and often sends me files to print for him. I always have to open them in illustrator to adjust colors as needed, add...
I agree that all the edges would likely cause it to fail early.
If I HAD to do it, I would print/cut/apply the perf, and then cut the laminate (seperately) with a 3/16" +/- outline and apply over the letters to essentially seal them in. Not unlike using the 1/2" wide 3M edge seal tape laminate...
Way Back... We used to rout and bend for a particular client when it was actually DiBond. When the cheaper stuff came out most all of them said that it would split if you tried it.
Since then, I am guessing that some brands do work better than others, (probably due to thickness of the aluminum)...
