I wouldn’t take this job. I only work with known materials that are verified to work problem free in my machines. How can u even price this job if unknown problems exist...I’ve been known to spend hours chasing down problems w jobs gone bad...I’d say u are taking on lots of unnecessary risk...
Look....I’m sorry this happened to you but...come on...seriously you sent money to Indonesia expecting the transaction to be safe? Those guys still contact me about printing 1000 banners.
it sounds like you bought a printer so you could make your own stickers for windows. i have to say those will be the most expensive stickers you have ever bought. you could have bought your stickers retail and still bought a truck for the amount you would have saved. unless you are making...

If you already know the graphtec system...going to another graphtec will not cost you down time while learning a new cutter. They all work the same. They say summa is a better cutter but I’ve tried both and prefer the graphtec.
I’ve been running mutohs for 10 yrs or so. I know it’s the cheaper alternative however they make me money and have been very stable. My 1304 was 8 yrs old and still running fine. I sold for a 1324 because of the mutoh deal they were having and bulk ink would be cheaper. it runs fine so far...

100k per ur per employee gross. Each employee should be able handle that number. Obviously it could be plus/minus. So if you are grossing 400 per yr. it should take around 4 employees to handle that
