    I agree, you should hire an all around person. Have them fill in where there is need and show them the ways. If you are in need of a graphic designer, then hire them and you continue to fill in.

    I think Craigslist is a good way to get people to contact you. The next issue is pay. If they are experienced you will have to pay the extra $$ to get them. If you find someone who you can train, then you pay them an entry level amount and train them. They learn a new skill and hoepfully...
