The machine must NOT have been sitting idle for much time. They are designed to automatically pump ink through the heads on a daily basis. If it has been sitting for longer than a week without power, the heads could be compromised. Do you know what the print test looks like?
I usually do turn off the heaters when finished printing...only to save electricity. I only use the printer controls for temperature, not the versaworks settings. If I'm impatient, I can turn down the heat settings.

I haven't cut it out yet, but this is what I have so far. I took Gino's advice to determine some of the dimensions then using some node editing created this layout in Coreldraw. I think it still needs some tweaking.

Corel GS X5 plus Cutting Master 2 using Graphtec FC 7000.
When I try to launch the cut/plot that usually opens the Cutting Master screen I get a time out error message.
I've done a repair install on Draw 5 and have the newest Cutting Master 2 version.
