Im guessing here, but its 720x720 or 540x720. I have profiled all medias with no better quality than you sho.. I use 1400X720 to eliminate that I wont use versa either.. I print direct from flexisign to my xr, definately yeilds better results...

As heading states, go through icc profile creation and cant import chart data into flexi 11. I am using I1 profiler to read the swatches, save it , try importing..Flexi tells me not required info not avaiable.. Any ideas?

there is a rendering intend option, within it you have an option for pure hue. Check the red and retry..I had the same problem while using flexi with our xr.. works like a champ. Scott

In versaworks make sure the convert to spot colors tab is checked. Banding isnt a good thing, did the installer calibrate the machine? I use pr42k or 43k in versaworks or 200 r 0g 0b for an rgb color in flexi. I get amazing reds from my xr..

You can double print the white . A little more detail would help. Are you trying to achieve opacity on single pass? Shake the cartridge for 30-40 seconds before printing.. I also found the roland ink limits are WAY too low on 2 pass printing. I'd be happy to help you get going ..we struggled...

Make sure the tab on the side of the cartridge isnt stuck..It tells the printer when you re out of ink.

The mt. option has to use the correct profile!!! Anything else looks bad.. Start with the pcv4 mt profile...Be sure you are using the mt profiles and have the roland mt color swatches. Mt. prints are great looking when done right.
