Track down the Advantage Sign Supply website. Look up the customer support phone number and call them. I believe the tech I talked to was named Mark, but don't quote me. Either easy, they should be able to direct you rop their ftp site where they have all the updates available for user download.

Ok a few things at first - sentance structure is something to be desired. If you can't write a sentance properly it shows a lower level of education. I'm sure alot of the problems here are a basis of direct translation but it should still be written correctly if you are to be taken seriously...

I always take photos right there in the parking lot or garage after I'm done installing - takes away the possibility of or the trouble of getting the Customer to supply them. Now sometimes you don't get the "best looking" photos but it's better then nothing.

Are these all live jobs? Or just concepts that you were playing with?

I don't think it's realistic to compare your shop to any other - each location has a different business model and work load. If you feel understaffed move one or more of your part timers to full time.
