    I'm currently using the 4mil gearwrap and 4mil laminate for decals for athletic equipment. It's being put on by customers, and end user application needs to be as pain free as possible. barely even needs heat to get put on wrinkle free. miraculous stuff! a lower cost alternative would be great...

    I'm having the same exact problem at nearly the same time as you (mid oct 2012) but i'm having the problem with rasterlink pro ii. (v 2.10). I think it might have to do with a java update? I tried going going back to a system restore point with no luck as well. any luck on your end?
