Make sure you run from clean white area to clean white area, before the first black line at "0" and run to the other side past 100 into complete white area. Make sure your movement is smooth and consistant and maybe try using the guide rail tray that they supplied with the kit. good luck!

It could be a line stroke. go to Arrange, Convert stroke to outlines. It will make it a boxed line. Then go and enlarge the logo. Should work then.

Love the 540i, though i've been told that icc profiles of vp 540 will crash out the versaworks on the 540i. Is this true? i was told that, so I haven't physically tried it. It's a little difficult to find profiles for the 540i specifically, most profiles i find are 540's.

Yeah Flexi doesn't have that ability with bitmap, you will have to go into photoshop under edit - transform - distort. tweak it till proper alignment.
