Anyone have a process to getting their heads fired back up? I've been actively printing and both my black heads vanished. Not lost a few bars, I mean completely left the building.
I got 1 back about 75%, the other (2) is at about 10% via cleaning and running 100%k boxes to flush it out.
So...
It may seem worth having the printer in house but don't neglect the inventory on hand expenses, rolls and rolls of media, the finishing equipment, tables, tools, labor etc etc.
I don't think I'd produce in house unless I was doing $10k a month let alone $2k. An that is a 1 or 2 man shop netting...
Me too. That's why when I find a client worth working for I always ask them if they know anyone that could uses my services.
Not a lot of leads but usually solid leads worth following up on.
Normally that is what I'd do. But when I ask direct questions, I get no solid answers. All along I've been understanding, but 2 weeks of semi-ignoring me and giving no answers is past my point of tolerance.

So I found the printer I wanted. Came to terms on $ amount. Wired the funds. Was told 2 days to crate and ship. Still no printer. Has not even been crated yet.
15 days later.
Refund requested, going to start my search anew.
It won't dry out unless you have air infiltrating from somewhere else. I've done this trick to recapture clogged nozzles several times. Works like a champ. Roland cleaning solution is the same stuff I belive.
