Can anyone recommend a good source for FB950 parts/supplies? I'm needing some wipers, filters, etc. Most of us in the shop would prefer not dealing with HP if we can avoid it.

Wow, I completely forgot about posting this! Our G3 ended fitting fine, it installed about 3 weeks ago. Had to cut about 14" off the end of the gantry pole. Knocked down a wall and relocated another department to make room but it's in the perfect spot right next to the FB950.

Mspec, you were indeed correct. After we discovered it would only lose heads after being paused, HP support realized that it was a slightly outdated firmware. They don't make it very known that it's available but it is. What's strange is that we've paused it occasionally over the 8-9 months...

A little update, I ran out of the 42" stock and had to put on a 36" to finish the last 12 or so prints. Feeding like we have been, its feeding almost perfect. Even better than the 42". ...scratches head....

So far I'm having the best luck running it this way. Kinda redneck looking but it works.. Not using the takeup seems to help but what a PITA

Hmmm, may have to give that a try. I've quit using the first roller. It seems to run better going straight to the belt instead of over that first foam roller. Of course, this morning when I came in, all but cyan had dropped out. Still not sure how many it ruined...

We waited a ridiculous amount of time for a new carriage drive motor on our 98UVX. I think we finally had to call our franchise rep and sic them on HP. Part showed up not long after. Northlight is an excellent source of parts and tech support. I really wanted to purchase our 950 from them.
