Two final questions on this subject:
1) Is 1/2" gatorboard overkill and would 3/16" work?
2) Instead of grommets what can I use to put through the gatorboard for them to put carabiner clips through?
Thanks
Finally moving forward with this project and I have one last question.
I have priced both gatorboard and ultraboard and the ultraboard is less expensive than gatorboard.
My question is gatorboard that much of a better product or are you just paying for the brand name?
Thanks
Looking for a good source to get multiple 5' x 5' signs printed on 1/2" gatorboard.
Twenty to twenty five signs printed and shipped.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
I need to find a wholesale printer that can print & laminate window perf up to 58"in width. Fire Spirt goes to 48" & b2b signs goes to 54".
Window is 68" x 58" and I really do not want to split the print. Also prefer the 50/50, but can live with 70/30.
Thanks
You might think about DFT transfers. Fine lines and small letters print better with them. On normal plastisol transfers we use Versatrans and they always question us when lines/letters are less than 2 point. For DTF transfers we have been using Upload Transfers and had great results. One thing...
I just tried to go to www.myversacamm.com and it appears that that site is no longer.
I get that the domain is up for auction on godaddy.com
Did that forum go away or what?
Thanks
Just recently our TrueVis VG2-540 has started going into "now processing" mode at various point when printing a job. Once it does this it just stays in "now processing" mode and does not continue printing, thus you have just lost a job. It happens on both large and small jobs, many of which are...
Our high school is wanting to replace hanging accomplishment banner (i.e.- football playoff accomplishments) for all the sports, with something that looks and last better than banners.
There would be lettered with RTV and updated as needed.
I'm thinking expanded PVC sheets in either 3 or 6mm...
At the present we have been doing banners of varsity players for each sport to hang in the gym during their season and then switching out for the next sport.
The school is wanting something different, as the banners have been taped up and the school has to touch up the walls every year from...
Mutoh has launched a VJ-628D printer for DTF printing and I have a spare Virtuoso VJ-628 we have been using for sublimation. This printer has Sawgrass firmware installed on it and we use the VJ program along with Wasatch software to run it.
According to all parties involved, they say this...
Does anyone have a price list for cut numbers & letters by size (like 2" numbers are $ each) that they are willing to pm me?
I am trying to put together a reference sheet for my staff that they can quote various sizes of numbers/lettering from and I need a stating point.
Thanks
Larry
Thanks for the help.
I tried well nuts and they will not work, they fit and tighten just fine, but if you take the screw back out they expand back to their normal shape. My concern there is they could fall or be pulled out and lost, creating problems to reattach the holder.
I'll look at the...
I have a client that wants several 4' x 6' sheets of ACM with acrylic sign holder frames (like the image below) mounted on them to use as an information board. They do not want the frames mounted with adhesive tape, the want them mounted with screws.
I'm thinking of using well nuts to give them...
I have tried find my font, font squirrel and look through numerous font sites and cannot find this font.

I am looking for someone with an oversized heat press in the 32" x 42" range that would be willing to press a few test tees.
We are trying to expand the color tees we sublimate on. Currently we can sublimate on white and sports grey gildan poly tees with great success. Now we are wanting to try...
