Yes it is a vinyl print mounted to the substrate. Maybe I will get a good carpet knife and a straight edge and go to trimming. Thanks Larry

I have a 4' x 8' of acm or polymetal with a full print on it that needs one of the 8' sides trimmed 1/4" off it. The place I use with a shear says they cannot make a cut any narrower than 1". How can I trim the panel and not ruin the print? Thanks Larry

Ok got it fixed. It seems there was a small bolt on the left side of the table that was holding down a lever on what I presume is a safety switch which must have went to a long gone paper guard........All is well again. Thanks Larry

I just went through something just like this. Printed 10' of reflective, laminated it and spent the next 4 hours trying to get it to read the crop marks. It would skew up to 2" from front to back. If I remember right Roland says the versacamms are accurate within 1/8" per foot- 10' = 1 1/4"...

The grit rollers feel good and rough (I presume they should feel that way to grip). I am considering running some yellow masking the length of the media on both sides to give me some more thickness and maybe some bite as well. Thanks Larry

Jack not to my knowledge. We have used the same reflective and laminate on vehicle graphics that were 90" long and did not have a problem. From the front crop marks to the back crop marks the media simple moves like 1" sideways. Thanks Larry

I am having an issue with our vs540 feeding a job to cut back straight. I printed a job to be laminated then cut on 10' of reflective, removed it after printing, laminated it and now when I try and run in back through the vs 540 by the time it gets to the crop marks at the end it has moved over...
