I voted YES. It takes about 5 minutes of tweaking to get it dialed in the way you want it. Navigation is much easier. You no longer have to click "go to first unread message." Etc., etc.

Hmm. If I ever have to use that method again, I may get a pvc pipe and try that.

In a perfect world where prints and lamination are aligned and run perfectly straight, I'd vote for .5" short. But that isn't the case, at least not in my shop. Whether it's due to print and/or lamination weaving/wandering, operator error or combination of both, I need the full width in case it...

I'll echo the others who say you will get bubbles when you try to pre-assemble layers in the shop before giving to the customer or if you are trying to save a step in the field. Even if there are no bubbles on your finished layered masking job in the shop, the bubbles will form when you apply...

They suggested premask because they thought you cut the numbers out of the vinyl on a plotter before application. You are applying the print in one piece, so you don't need. it.

You could do like Gino says, except I'd cut cheap vinyl, apply it to the coro and then cut it with a utility knife. Or you could find someone with a laser engraver like I mentioned in your other thread.

Or you could find someone near you with a laser engraver. We cut shapes out of coro for other shops who sell them to cheerleader squads all the time.

I'd go with blue because I'm always against using red and black together. There's nothing wrong with changing colors to meet the situation. If you were putting this on a red truck you wouldn't use red lettering would you?

It seems to me more of a way of reinforcing what many customers already mistakenly believe -- that anybody with an internet connection and a printer can wave a magic wand, press a button and voila ... perfect "stickers."
