I briefly worked at a Dollar Tree store in high school back when there whole schtick was "Everything's $1.00". BIG signs all over the store saying that. It was practically the name of the store.
Of course the most commonly asked question was.... you guess it, "How much is this?".
Me, being me I...
I have recently completed a project of about 20ish tables that were epoxy poured, then a print added and then another clear pour over the top. Used regular vinyl bu eco-solvent printed. Not sure how that would make any difference once the inks are cured. I did have 2 tiny instances of fine...
ACM core is solid (not foam) polyethylene which (without looking) I think is good for a few hundred degrees, and the aluminum skin should give it structural stability I'd think. Also couple that with using an actual IR heating element where it only heats the item it's pointed at not the...

Here's an unusual resource - technical theatre folks, especially if they've ever built scenery. They excel at unusual projects, often have a very diverse skillset, and are quickly adaptable to new processes. Plus they understand when the "30 foot rule" is good enough or when the details actually...
I've done plenty of helmet logos and numbers on Substance vinyl with their 10 mil laminate. Printed on Roland, cut on Graphtec, they come out just fine. I've tried the 15 mil laminate but it just seemed like overkill to me and the clients didn't care either way in my case.
I've successfully used both 3M series 50 and Avery paint mask in my blast cabinet with a VERY light touch and not dwelling too long (etching some glassware). Have to drop your pressure and make sure you're straight-on so you don't get lifted edges, also nothing too small (like the center of an...
My best friend's company has done a lot of very high-end themed environment stuff for both of those entities along with others including SeaWorld, HardRock, and Mangos. I work on contract with him from time to time when he needs specialty stuff, but those are all things they could handle...
Good here. West of Gainesville out in the boonies, but far enough inland to be relatively safe. Surrounded by lots of trees, which makes a nice wind buffer for the house and shop BUT also leaves me with a lot of crap on the ground to deal with from Helene and a little more added from this. I'll...
